DRPilla's multi-discipline staff has extensive experience in working together on planning, design and construction projects. Located all in one office, we are able to discuss design issues and easily coordinate multi-discipline designs. We have a proven track record for providing well-coordinated construction documents that significantly reduce the number of change orders and requests for information in the field.

Our diversified experience, in the full spectrum of building and construction projects, allows us to provide a unique professional service not commonly offered. Due to our location in Nyack, NY, our work has required us to become extensively familiar with New York City and New York State regulations as well as local county and municipal requirements. We have extensive experience working in Orange, Rockland, Putnam and Westchester counties and are familiar with applicable local and national building and design codes.
