As project manager and lead designer Ms.  Poulton has honed her organizational skills and developed a project process which delivers impressive creative solutions and cultivates strong client relationships.  An Adjunct Lecturer at the The City College of New York School of Architecture, she is responsible for project administration of many of the firm's complex projects.  Prior to joining Dominick R. Pilla Associates, Ms. Poulton obtained her professional experience by working as a design consultant within architectural teams on a variety of large scale institutional projects.  She has previously worked with several internationally recognized firms in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis and Des Moines.
