A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Mr. Simeti has been involved in the design of many of the firm's residential projects, ranging from brownstone residences to multi-family apartment buildings to supportive housing. He has worked on new designs as well as renovations to existing structures, including award-winning historic preservation projects. Mr. Simeti's experience includes designs in concrete, steel and masonry. He is proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, EnerCalc, SPSS, Visual Analysis, and RISA 2D.
