This project converted a former Bank of America headquarters in the heart of Wall Street. The 120,000 SF, $25-million project is now a private school for 1000 students, K through 8th grade. This project involved the renovation and augmentation of an existing 11-story building to receive a new three-story addition which includes a gymnasium with rooftop playing field. The project also encompassed the addition of an Olympic-size swimming size pool located within the building. The addition included 5,000 SF of new classrooms and an additional 14-story stair well. The building is fitted with geo-thermal heating and has no fossil fuel emissions.
