For this new private residence, DRPILLA designed a timber pile foundation and steel sub-structure to support a new modular house. The steel-substructure is supported by concrete grade beams, concrete pile caps, and timber pile foundations. The modular house is approximately 2,500 square feet of interior space with decks extended out to the west, south and east elevations of the house. Included in the design is a 500 square foot pool with a surrounding deck, both supported by timber piles.
