Provided structural and site drainage design for a new (2) two-story single family residence. The wall construction is concrete masonry units with 6” thick stone veneer for the main level, wood framed with cedar siding for the upper level and the foundation is cast-in-place concrete construction. The floor system is engineered lumber utilizing steel framing members to construct the numerous cantilevered portions of the building.
