Provided preliminary structural engineering design for proposed development complex; comprised of a three (3) level subterranean parking structure, above ground retail space and two (2) 54 story residential/ hotel towers. The proposed building complex is approximately 1,700,000 square feet of accessible space. The above ground parking structure was designed as pre-cast components. Flat-plate construction was chosen for the towers to maximize floors. Perimeter walls of the elevator banks are utilized as a structural core as limited by architectural constraints and the retail space was designed as an independent steel frame structure attached to the concrete towers and parking structure.
