A new two (2) two-story, brick face building with full basement. The basement has a walk out façade on one elevation. The main and upper levels are approximately 16,500 SF each and the basement level is approximately 10,000sf; total building floor area is 43,000SF. The building’s construction type is a steel moment frame with metal deck and concrete floor construction, spread footings and cast-in-place foundation walls. The exterior walls are a “curtain wall” application and interior walls are cold formed partition walls.
