A new (5) five story 26,000 SF brick veneer residential building. The building’s structural system is reinforced concrete block walls with a concrete plank floor system. The building is founded on concrete spread footing. Portions of the exterior walls and the walls around the elevators and stair wells provide the lateral stability for the building to resist wind and seismic loadings. Interior bearing walls allow for the placement of load bearing floor plank.
