The existing structure was modified to receive a two story rear addition and new front façade. The modifications incorporate new foundations, retaining structures, curved free standing masonry façade, new window and door openings, primary structural column relocations. The reinforced concrete foundation of the rear addition was cantilevered from a distance of 12’ to not impart additional loads on neighboring structures.
