Provided construction documents for a collapsed retaining wall and remediation repairs for entire wall system supporting a private driveway. Drainage of the driveway was considered and designed accordingly to maintain deliberate control of the runoff to minimize erosion. The retaining walls were inspected and new retaining wall designs were prepared to replace the existing. All new walls were designed to be in-keeping with the exiting brown-stone walls. Wall construction is reinforced concrete with facing stone veneer and bluestone capstone.
