A two story wood framed building with walk-out basement level. The floor areas of the basement, main and upper levels are approximately 5,955 SF, 6,555 SF and 3,282 SF respectively. The main and upper levels are wood frame construction with clapboard siding/ stone veneer. The basement/ foundation walls and footings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The walk-out walls of the basement are clad with 6” stone veneer. The roof is a gambrel style with a flat portion in the center. The sloped roof covering is cedar shingles. The fireplaces are masonry construction with stone veneer on exterior surfaces. Floor framing construction is either wood, engineered lumber, combination of steel and wood or cold-formed metal framing used where necessary to achieve architectural constraints. A portion of the carport incorporates an existing structure (caretaker’s residence) to sustain vehicle loads. The existing structure has been bolstered as required.
