A new 9,500 SF mezzanine was designed inside an
existing 4-story, 40,000 SF building to
accommodate a children’s school. The entire
mezzanine is supported on four columns giving
way to 20ft cantilever floors. The mezzanine is
located between the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Constructed from steel framing members with
concrete deck.

Orangetown, NY
New 15,000 SF community center facility with
interior basketball court which required a long
span truss system design. The proposed building
was designed on spread footings with steel
lateral load resisting frame. The lateral design
of the building incorporated x-bracing and
moment frame design.

Provided comprehensive review of two (2)
proposed eleven (11) story (three (3) levels of
sub-grade parking) reinforced concrete buildings
on deep foundation system (H-piles with grade
beams, pile caps and sheet piling soil retention
systems).

Existing 5-story brownstone multifamily building
to be converted back to original single-family
state. A landmark status building requiring a
comprehensive “gut-rehab”.

structural system will be reinforced to accept
additional masonry loads imposed on structure by

The shell is steel and masonry with long span
truss roof construction to allow column free
