DRPILLA evaluated a 3.56 acre site located along the western side of South Boulevard for pre-development and post-development runoff. The drainage system was designed for a 100-year storm. Runoff created by impervious surfaces was designed to discharge into subsurface trench drains with total linear length of 109 FT. This drainage system has a storage capacity of over 6,000 cubic feet. DRPilla also provided design of site drainage, egress and ingress of utilities, erosion control plan, roads and retaining structures.
