DRPILLA is providing structural and civil engineering services for the renovation / modification of an existing four-story, 80,000-SF building and the addition of a new four-story, 40,000-SF building for this private high school. Currently in design, this project will bring the school’s facilities into the 21st century with state–of–the–art technology, expanded capacity for increased enrollment, and proposed LEED® certification. The project schedule is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs, taking into account religious considerations. The school will remain fully operational while both portions of the project are under construction.
