DRPILLA provided architectural, structural, and civil engineering services for the renovation and alteration of an existing 65,000 SF light industrial building in Pearl River, New York. The building’s modifications comprise a new exterior skin, new entryway and facade. Roofing repairs included modification of the roof dunnage system and repair of compromised areas. DRPilla provided interior design of office and manufacturing areas, subdivision of space for multiple tenants, and reconfiguration of the loading dock and bay doors. DRPILLA also provided civil engineering services for restoration drainage design of both the building and site.
