DRPILLA has provided engineering services for the Nyack YMCA on an on-going basis. Projects included: assessments of the building's overall structural integrity as well as the building shell and envelope. DRPilla provided inspection reports recommending necessary maintenance and repairs as well as time schedules for priority and long-term items. Construction documentation for recommended repairs were also provided.
