This 180,000 SF project consisted of a roof replacement and ancillary improvements, including office remodeling, athletic floor replacement, sports lighting improvements and sound reinforcement for the UNI Dome Stadium at the University of Northern Iowa located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The hybrid roof system was developed to replace the existing 450 FT diameter air-supported roof system. The center 45,000 SF polygon was enclosed with an arch-supported PTFE fabric tensile roof. Mr. Pilla was the Project Manager for the UNI Dome project prior to founding DRPilla.
