The Vicinitas Hall project consists of the construction of 68 units of affordable and supportive housing located in the East Tremont community of the Bronx. This 50,000 SF residential project is funded by the NYC Department of Housing, Preservation, and Development, and sponsored by the Lantern Organization. Currently in construction, the project scope includes a comprehensive geotechnical analysis and design of the deep foundations and structural system for a new 7-story building.
