This proposed development, located on Manhattan's Lower East Side, consists of a new seven-story, 30,000 SF luxury residential condominium building. The project consists of 24 units including studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Apartments range in size from 500 SF to 1,600 SF, featuring nine and a half foot ceilings, professional kitchens and a clothes washer and dryer. The new structure has the look and feel of a warehouse loft building with state-of-the art infrastructure that meets standards for energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor air quality, and features smart home technology.
