Built in 1840, this private residence required a gut renovation. Completed in two phases, the renovation doubled the size of the home from 1,500 SF to 3,000 SF. Phase I consisted of an addition to the first floor and part of the second floor. Phase II consisted of a 600 SF master-bedroom suite on the second floor.
