This 16,000 SF new private residence consists of a two-story wood-framed building with a walk-out basement level. The main and upper levels consist of a wood frame construction with clapboard siding and stone veneer. The basement, foundation walls, and footings are cast-in-place, reinforced concrete. The walk-out walls of the basement are clad with 6” stone veneer. The roof is a gambrel-style with cedar shingles.
