This modern, new 6,000 SF residence is located in a coastal salt marsh. The project was constructed on deep foundations and features an occupiable steel-framed wing structure with a 20 FT cantilever. Large uplift forces required sizable footings to be designed, utilizing the weight of the soil to resist uplift.
