DRPILLA designed this two-story residence with walk-out basement level. The main and upper levels are wood-frame construction with clapboard siding and stone veneer. The foundation walls and footings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The walk-out walls of the basement are clad with 6” stone veneer. The fireplaces are masonry construction with stone veneer on exterior surfaces.
