This project consisted of renovation of the historic Newburgh Hotel and seven adjacent loft buildings to create a multi-use facility. The building’s existing structural conditions were evaluated and strengthened or remediated accordingly. Structural modifications and alterations were made to accommodate new floors, auditorium space, elevator and stairs.
