Comprehensive Site Development

Our scope of work includes the design of a storm water management system that conforms to the 2012 NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Stormwater Performance Standard, as well as the preparation of a builder’s pavement and curb cut plans. A stormwater detention system was designed to accommodate runoff from proposed new building and rear yard patio. This involved the installation of detention pipes and gravel, control flow basins, parking catch basins and controlled-flow roof drains.
