Janusz Patalita

Janusz brings extensive engineering experience working on large projects for New York City agencies including the School Construction Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Department of Environmental Protection, as well as the Department of Transportation. He brings over 25 years of experience in structural design, including structural analysis and review of a variety of building types. Janusz has extensive experience conducting New York City Local Laws 11/98 facade inspections, analyzing exterior and roof-level conditions, and developing programs for their repair and maintenance. His contributions throughout all project phases encompass comprehensive analysis, the development of construction documents, including specifications, trade coordination, and the review of shop drawings.
