As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives to accelerate growth throughout the firm’s core service lines. Leveraging your experience in marketing, specifically within the A/E/C industry, you will bring forth a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to the table.
The essential functions of this position include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, managing proposal development and supporting business development efforts.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate closely with technical leaders and business development teams to identify and pursue new project opportunities, leveraging marketing initiatives to support the pursuit process effectively.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing both traditional and digital channels to reach and engage with our target market effectively.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and efficiency, optimizing workflows, and implementing industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry organizations, to maximize marketing impact and facilitate strategic alliances.
