DRPILLA is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing endeavors into new heights. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives to accelerate growth throughout the firm’s core service lines. Leveraging your experience in marketing, specifically within the A/E/C industry, you will bring forth a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to the table.

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, managing proposal development and supporting business development efforts.
  • Proposal Writing: Responsible for gathering information, writing and formatting proposals and obtaining approval before sending to clients. This includes but not limited to preparing qualification packages, resumes, and customizing project documents to meet RFP/RFQ requirements.  Management of proposals including tracking, following up and speaking with clients directly.
  • Business Development Support: Collaborate closely with technical leaders and business development teams to identify and pursue new project opportunities, leveraging marketing initiatives to support the pursuit process effectively.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing both traditional and digital channels to reach and engage with our target market effectively. Tasks to include but not limited to social media outreach and website updates regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the A/E/C industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and hands-on.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Prior experience with industry organizations such as the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) is a plus.
