Our team is implementing a design that features steel floor beams combined with a lightweight concrete deck. This combination provides the necessary support for the building’s structure. For lateral stability, the project incorporates a dual system approach, utilizing steel moment frames in the longitudinal direction and shear walls in the transverse direction. This combination ensures the building’s resilience and safety in the face of various forces and conditions.
