Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (PE) with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Nyack, NY. This is a leadership role responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead structural analysis and design for building systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood)
– Manage projects from concept through construction
– Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams
– Conduct site investigations and structural condition assessments
– Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents
– Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships
– Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical work
Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering; master’s degree a plus
– New York Professional Engineer (PE) license required
– 10+ years of structural engineering experience
– Strong experience in building design
– Proven experience managing projects and collaborating directly with clients
– Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RAM, ETABS, or similar)
– AutoCAD and/or Revit experience preferred
– Strong communication and leadership skills

– $130K – $150K salary + Bonus + Profit Sharing
