DRPILLA has been engaged to offer architectural, structural, and site/civil engineering design services for the construction of a new addition at the rear of the house facing Mountain House Brook. Site/civil planning is designed to remediate existing site drainage issues and accommodate new runoff from future large storm events. A new retaining wall, patio, and seating area are proposed at the rear of the property to allow the property owners to enjoy the view down to the stream.
