DRPILLA delivered comprehensive site / civil and structural engineering design services for the prestigious construction of a state-of-the-art, two-story performing arts facility spanning 21,000 square feet, situated within the expansive 26-acre Iona Preparatory School campus at 255 Wilmot Road in New Rochelle, NY. This remarkable edifice showcases a grand 409-seat performing arts theater, uniquely designed to serve as a hub for musicians, vocalists, and set construction enthusiasts, offering top-tier rehearsal and performance spaces. Moreover, this modern marvel seamlessly integrates with the existing Verni building, a 5,000-square-foot structure already present on the campus.
