DRPILLA is actively engaged in delivering comprehensive structural engineering design solutions for Phase 1 of this endeavor. This initial phase entails the demolition of existing vacant structures to pave the way for an innovative mixed-use, mixed-income building spanning five stories and encompassing an area of 96,400 square feet. Central to the project’s vision is the creation of a dynamic development featuring a total of 90 residential units. This range of accommodations caters to diverse needs, encompassing studio apartments as well as generously spaced three-bedroom apartments. With a keen eye on enhancing the urban landscape of downtown Troy, the revitalization of Taylor Apartments is set to introduce contemporary living spaces. This transformation aims to harmonize the existing Taylor superblock with the prevailing city infrastructure and cultural fabric, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the urban environment.
