This project involves the construction of a new two-story club house located uphill of the existing community pool. DRPILLA is responsible for the architectural and structural design as well as site/civil planning which includes several new retaining walls and drainage structures to mitigate new runoff caused by large rainstorms. The new club house will allow residents of the multi-family property to come together as a community in a welcoming atmosphere to socialize, host events, and relax.
